The PSL MullerWorks Top 5 enjoy Victory at Oil Capital

Congratulations PSL MullerWorks Showdown Top 5!  The PSL top 5 shot consistently well in the tricky breeze and cool weather to vie for the top spots. Tim Miller’s first card of 2450 put him with a lead of 50 points over Jason Thornhill going into target 2.  Jason Thornhill Won Target 2 with a 2400 and pulled ahead to the top spot leaving Miller in second, Bob Cleveland in third, Marion Collier in fourth, and Todd Wooten in fifth going into Target 3. Target 3 saw Marion Collier win with a 2300. But, Miller’s 2200 was enough to put him back in the top spot leading by a slim 25 points over 2nd place Jason. The rest of the lineup after card 3 was Marion 3rd, Bob 4th, and Todd 5th. Jerry Smith won target 4 with a 2250 and jumped from 6th place to 4th place. Jason regained the number 1 position, 50 points ahead of Tim.  Going into the final round Jason and Tim continued to hang on to places 1 and 2 respectively with Todd 3rd, Jerry 4th, and Bob 5th. Tim Miller shot well winning target 5 and again landing in the top spot for the finish. It was an exciting competition as each contender rivaled for the top positions.
Tim Miller championed with a total score of 11200 66Xs. Hot on his heals and only 25 points behind, finishing in second was Jason Thornhill with a total of 11175 60Xs. Third and fourth places were only separated by 50 points. Bob Cleveland’s 5-card total of 10900 54Xs landed him in the 3rd place position. While Todd Wooten’s 10850 64Xs kept him in fourth. The fifth place position is held by Marion Collier with 10725 47Xs.
